Pluspunten
- Amazing people. You can guarantee you'll make some great friends/connections here (especially the Philly office). - Unlimited PTO. If you commit to your work and are communicative with your team, you will be able to take advantage and it's the best. - Interesting work. If you want to really learn the ins and outs of the paid media industry, Kepler is the spot. The amount I've learned here is astronomical. I have friends that work at other big agencies (PMG, JellyFish, CondeNast, you name it) and we always talk about the testing we're doing, client work, etc. and by far they all admit that what I get to work on is the most advanced/innovative. Sometimes they don't even know what I'm talking about lol - I actually think the pay is competitive, though after reading other reviews I guess others feel differently. They released salary bands though so no matter what you know at least WHERE others in your level could be.
Minpunten
-This is an agency and with that comes long hours at times. I think everyone knows that when applying to work at a marketing agency. I will say it can be better/worse depending on the team you're on. If you are getting hired at the M+ level, be prepared to come in and BE the change, because you can if you want to. - If you're reading the other reviews, you know we are going THROUGH it right now.....it's not pretty. Yes, we had layoffs. Yes, morale is at an all time low. Yes, we were promised promos/raises and didn't get them (myself included). Times are tough right now but we've had a ton of meetings in the last 2 weeks where our leaders answered MOST of the hard hitting questions. It seems like they have a solid plan forward and a lot of changes are being made. - Wellness benefit ($100 a month) got stripped in the beginning of the year and that sucked and still sucks. Based on the plans to win new business though I'd hope we will eventually get it back. Who knows.
