Just getting work done with small crew. People leave and are not replaced. Hard workers get stuck doing these jobs. Very cheap. No idea of what usa workers get paid. Once in you get nothing more .you arent paid fairly for your hired duties and are not paid for the other job title you get stuck with. Just excuses. No structure.
