Oh so many reasons. Their hybrid schedule is beyond garbage. If you have to miss one day- they expect you to make it up. Clock in hours. Be on time by the minute. Say something happens and leadership says don't come in one day, guess what, they say oh come in the next day. As if people don't make plans on their work from home day like appointments and take care of their kids. Leadership expects you to have "presence" but are never there themselves. It's literally empty here. Managers are BEYOND micro managers. I feel like I'm in high-school beyond watched. Such a toxic environment. Someone will always breathe down your neck. There is no flexibility here and always drama going down. Oh, and they reduce pay as you're here. Promise you one thing during sign on and then take away hours. Pay is low as is too for such an expensive area. Don't trust this place. Take the experience if you're desperate and leave. The positive reviews are 100% fake. It's disgusting here. I had a better experience working at burger king as a cashier.
