Minpunten

Unorganized chaos, no structure, things are always broken or misplaced, there's no seniority so new employees come in and run the place then leave causing our long term employees to leave as well leaving us with little staff, everything changes constantly except for the food and drinks; I mean the rules based on manager turnover. Rules are implemented without any form of plan or system.

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
