An agency living in the past. Lacks expansive thinking or innovative approaches. Those who have something to offer are diminished, while mindless senior leadership prop up their own agendas. TOXIC culture. Phoney awards for diversity and inclusion. Constantly requesting feedback, only to do nothing with it or come back to employees with hostility and vagueness. If you're looking for an opportunity to develop or further your career, don't think twice about Ketchum. Quite a forgettable place to work.

Smart people, nice colleagues to learn and grow with. People are invested in each other despite contraints from the agency.

Minpunten

-Benefits keep getting worse with every year (mergers, acquisitions, holding firm in a bad economy affect all this) -Not much of a defined company culture or competitive advantage here. I fail to see what makes this place better or more special than any other agency.
