Assessment Test Was Heavier Than Expected: It's too early for me to provide a comprehensive view of any significant cons. What I can share is that during the application process, the assessment test was more challenging/time consuming than anticipated. However, I assume this is part of their thorough vetting process, which speaks to their commitment to hiring quality candidates. But thankfully, the company accommodated my request in providing an extension to let me complete the assessment on time, given that I had prior commitments before being assigned the tests.
