Due to a lack of proper workload distribution several researchers were overloaded, stressed, and in some instances not supported when clients had to be reeled in during scope creep.
KeyLime would also sell projects that couldn’t necessarily be done properly due to lack of resources or expertise and would expect researchers to complete early with minimal assistance.
KeyLime’s work environment: to management you are just another person, a number, they cannot manage profits to save themselves during my time there they had back paid researchers, and had two rounds of layoffs in which they released two women that were expecting. Leadership did not join one of those calls to release the employee.
