Pluspunten

KeyBank is one of the most customer service oriented institutions I'd ever had the pleasure of working with. Customer satisfaction and proper product alignment was the main focus up until recently.

Minpunten

Unfortunately with recent hierarchy changes the newer managers are trying to conform the company to a Chase style of banking where the customer is only a number and quick selling as many unnecessary products as possible

If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

Minpunten

Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
