Minpunten

No respect here at all! People talk very condescendingly to teammates. Associates are not at all easy-going or welcoming! Lots and lots of micro-management and no support from above! Everyone is comfortable lying to you to convince you to come aboard, but will not be there when push comes to shove. This is not an environment that welcomes ideas or feedback. Technology is behind the times and trust me it does matter.

If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

Minpunten

Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
