      Pluspunten

      The pros for working at Key are the great people you work with, flexibility, work/life balance. Great CEO and even better CIO. The leaders at the top of the house are very strong and have a clear vision. They make you want to work hard for them.

      Minpunten

      Resistant to change and slow to implement on decisions. Career growth is dependent on how long you have been with the bank and not necessarily if you are qualified. You have to "work your way". Very old school mentality when it comes to promotions and advancement within the company

      Pluspunten

      If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

      Minpunten

      Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
