Clients are largely very wonderful people. Branch employees really become like a family, you really work to help each other succeed and be happy. Benefits are satisfactory. Vacation time is competitive for veterans and quite good for new employees.

Base pay is simply not enough for the sheer amount of procedures and regulations you need to know. Constant staffing issues. Extremely high expectations from middle and upper management. Once a month you are expected to work a Saturday, which could be good depending on your point of view.
