Pluspunten
Some coworkers are great - but the company is losing good people fast, so the likelihood of working with someone good is always in flux
Minpunten
Lack of communication - new procedures are often not fully disseminated to those who need to know about them; employees' departures are not made known to the group at large; any issues or problems presented to upper management are dismissed, with employees being told "that's just the way things are." Lack of training - new employees are not given proper training on tools and procedures; everyone is expected to "fake it 'til they make it." Lack of respect - employees are treated like children, expected not to talk with each other too much as that "makes them look like they're not busy", regardless of the amount of work they're actually getting done. Lack of organization - Policies, procedures, and structure are constantly in flux, with little to no documentation and/or management. Terrible CEO - CEO wants to be involved in everything but doesn't have time, leading to half-involvement and speaking out of turn to clients, which sometimes results in him making promises to clients that can't be kept or simply looking uninformed and ignorant. The overall environment is smothering and toxic; it's hardly surprising that employees are leaving the company in droves.
