A great team to work with. Management is very supportive, and there are lots of opportunities for learning new skills and growing your career. You can work from anywhere in the world. The team holds themselves to very high standards, which they constantly meet.

Minpunten

There aren't many, to be honest. There are times when it can get a bit lonely working remotely, and due to the team being in different time zones, it can be difficult connecting with people to help complete a project on time.

I worked as freelancer/contractor for KeyCommerce for 2.5 years, and had an all around positive experience. I collaborated with the company's leadership directly as well as with their team members, and everyone's work ethics, attitude, and commitment were exceoptional. The communication was productive, and the leadership was generous with positive and constructive feedback. I was given the opportunity to expand and develop my role with them as a freelance contractor. Punctual (on schedule) and fair payment were always a given.

I can think of no cons relating to KeyCommerce's quality as an employer.
