Micromanaged constantly, pay is way below industry average, no upward mobility once you hit APSM, Constantly changing pay structure (That always goes down), no work from home (Pre-covid), you don't get paid on sales, offices are bland and in bad locations

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
