Minpunten
Kforce is a mediocre company in a very competitive industry. Their training for their salesforce is rudimentary, spearheaded by an individual with limited experience in the consultative selling process. It has a elementary type feel. They hire new college graduates and the expectations are lofty. The problem with Kforce is that management expects results, but is not leading by example on many occasions. They lack the competitive advantage to place candidates internationally, which hurts them in the technology sector where many positions are needed overseas, where they can pay lower wages. Their stock performance has suffered as of late and they frequently make shifts in their organization structure with upper management.
