This is really the first employer I have ever worked for that really takes good care of its employees. They never get hung up on small little petty things and realize that employees are the key to a company’s success. A company’s success is determined by the skills of the employees, which ultimately leads to a great product. Good skills need good motivation, which comes with a good company culture and work atmosphere. Kinaxis gives a good compensation, good allowances & equipment and a fair travel expense policy.
