No real pros I can think of.

Minpunten

As a Customer Service Specialist, you must meet metrics of 85%, or you will lose your position. You'll be micromanaged on how long you're not in the support queues. There are better companies out there. I wouldn't waste your time with this company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our metrics and training programs are based on industry-standard best-practices. We do have performance expectations in our Customer Success Department. We also have great training, ongoing coaching, and tools to ensure our teams are set up for success. Our Quality Control and Training Department reviews calls on a regular basis to provide feedback and coaching to our team, to ensure everyone has the right training to be successful. Our Customer Success Managers have regular one on one meetings with their employees to review feedback and performance metrics, and provide coaching . We also have online tools that our Customer Success teams use during calls where they can type in the customer’s question into a decision tree, and the tool will provide them with answers or troubleshooting steps. People who are passionate about delivering high quality support to agencies and providers administering subsidized child care are what drive this company. The support and commitment people in this company put towards their work is commendable.

Kind management Easy on boarding with guides to help the whole way through calls

- Miscommunication of what role actually is. - Ai push causing several agents to lose their jobs overnight leading to insane queues that rarely die down like they used to. - Constant fear of losing job because of push of Ai roles - No time to study to work toward their 'inside promotions'
