The PA's are great, the kids' are a delight to work with. The front line staff are lions - led by donkeys.

Ask any Kinect employee on the road and they will tell you that they have not been paid correctly. They rely on their staff to do extra hours and then do not pay them for it. If there is a problem, don't think the office will help or advise you. You are on your own, just hope you don't make a wrong decision The office could be better run by school kids. Groups of office staff just gossiping and wasting time, if you need help they will blank you, and continue scrolling on their phones Policies and Procedures are ignored, communication is minimal You will be sent to pick-ups that have already been collected, incorrect addresses and then not paid as you didn't collect passengers. The lack of organisation and commitment by the management put staff and passengers at risk. Unroadworthy vehicles sent out, children left on pavements and safeguarding issues ignored.

Utterly nothing but had to use a five word minimum

This place breaks every law going. They unlawfully withhold pay for first half hour of your shift and I am going to lodge an employment tribunal claim and report them to the Council and HMRC. Appalling salary and zero benefits. The idiots that are in the office have a questionable IQ, at best. This con of a company has forced employees to post positive reviews on here (watch them deny it though). They cant hold on to staff either Avoid this toxic "employer"

Kinect Services operates in full compliance with UK employment law and HMRC requirements. Pay is not unlawfully withheld. As outlined within our contractual terms, employees are paid for the time spent undertaking work duties. In addition, route hours are calculated using structured and transparent methods. This includes the time service users are on the vehicle, alongside additional paid travel time between stops where applicable, based on operational data such as live traffic and vehicle tracking. This approach ensures consistency and fairness across our workforce. We also strongly refute the suggestion that employees are required or pressured to submit positive reviews. This is not a practice we engage in. We recognise that our roles can be demanding, particularly within transport services, and we continue to review pay structures, benefits, and working practices in line with the sector and local authority funding constraints. That said, we take all feedback seriously. If you have experienced specific concerns, particularly relating to pay, we welcome the opportunity to review this with you directly, as issues can often be clarified quickly when raised through the appropriate channels.
