1. CFO believes in maintaining status quo. Rejects any suggestions for process improvements or any initiatives. For this reasons all the processes are extremely manual with excessive use of excel. 2. CFO can not comprehend how the modern accounting department should function. All reports have to be printed and personally handed to CFO. Email is not an option. 3. CFO regularly abuses employees and frequently threaten to fire them unless they deliver with broken processes. 4. CFO does not show any compassion. Treats Finance employees like slaves with very little dignity 4. Extremely hight turnover in accounts department. Average is six months in the past 6 years. 5.
