Pluspunten
Kind and understanding colleagues. Hardworking and helpful co-workers make the work experience much more enjoyable and fun. The GM is a very genuine person who is sympathetic and understanding of the heavy workload on staff.
Minpunten
The pay (for management) is not appropriate for the work put in. I was paid 10p under minimum wage for the majority of the time I worked there (salaried). There is no over-time pay, despite often working much more than the contracted hours. The sick pay is atrocious. The tips system is very messed up, nothing goes to the staff until a MASSIVE jar is filled then spilt between every staff member (I worked there for over 6 months and the jar was still not a 1/4 full despite it being started last year).
