None. Kink.com once proudly represented empowerment and inclusivity, but sadly those days are over forever.
Minpunten
I've worked at Kink.com through many leadership phases over the years, and can soundly attest to the current situation as its historical worst. Peter Acworth is back as CEO; a person that can still most accurately be described as a petulant Shakespearean king. He acts on whims, without any intellectual or intuitive foresight into consequences. CEO Peter Acworth claims to have technical smarts that will guide the future of the company, but the truth is that the apex of his technological aptitude was in the mid to late-90s. In October of 2021, CEO Peter Acworth put the company through a sudden "restructure" and axed half the employees that had profitably sustained his company through the pandemic under the successful leadership of the former CEO. Long-standing exceptional employees with irreplaceable institutional knowledge were casually discarded. The company is now under the blind direction of a couple party bros that have no qualifications to run the company at all. These disconnected egotistical white men completely wiped out any sense of company trust and replaced it with a culture of fear and negativity. My recommendation is to avoid working for Kink.com.
