Pluspunten

The people on the floor are great.

Minpunten

No respect for plant employees. Can be fired at anytime on a whim. Low pay, benifits regularly taken away. If you don't like it not to worry, according to the president (Dan) the Post Office is hiring. Wage compression is a serious issue.

- some growing pains that come with introducing / rolling out new processes but nothing worse than what I've seen at other jobs I've worked

The people I worked with were great!

Minpunten

No bonus, no 401k contribution. Overtime rare. 3% payraise. Nothing 2025. Layoffs yearly. No appreciation for employees. No in house HR. Firings to cut costs. Fewer people more work. Lack of parts to do job. Constantly changing management.
