The sales team is small but everyone here makes an impact. A transparent leadership team who are always willing to help close a deal. Even if that means Joseph, the CEO, hops on a call with a prospect. The culture is exactly what you would want in a small company, It feels like a 20-year start-up. Everyone wants to see each other succeed. Fully remote and has great comp structure/benefits. Joseph really cares about each employee at KP. His humor takes some getting used to, but once you figure it out he is hilarious.
