You get paid £9.50, That's £1 more than Mcdonalds and £2 more than KFC. If you only care about money and never want to progress, while getting paidto lie to people about their food and know that the people that buy the companies food may be poisoned then this is the perfect company for you. Before working here, please make sure you have no morals and you don't care if someone gets food poisoning. You want to be able to sleep at night. Also I recommend you learn to not anything anyone says in this company serious because your managers are going to either be liars and very misinformed people. Finally you need a mental toughness because the company is losing money because their business is impracticable and yes you'll get all the blame for all of it.

Main issues: 1. 12 hour shifts. 2. Managers blaming you for bad sales despite the fact you have no effect on sales, you there to do customer service and talk to customers. 3. Managers make you do their work because they have very little computer literacy, and you get no credit for doing their work. 4. Constant lying about promotions and raised pay, all that happens is that they ask you to do more work for a raised pay, you do the work and never pay you more and make excuses why they can't pay you. 5. Nothing you ever do will be remembered or appreciated, I worked 84 hours in 1 week to help the company, I was threaten to be fired that week because I had a headache and asked to go home on one of the 12 hour shift days after they asked me to help them by working all 7 days in a week. 6. Bullying from managers (unacceptable btw, if they bully you, then confront them, you won't get fired because their in the wrong) Going from my last point the business is impracticable, thus they've had to lie to all their investors, but honestly their investors are really misinformed if they invest in this business. Why it doesn't work: There are way too many competitors that do a much better job. Trying to manage multiple restaurants at a subpar level while offering very nothing but discount prices is a very bad business strategy. The only way this business makes money is being offering discount food to inflate their sales numbers to then show investors to get more money, it's a train wreck that will one day fail. The Reason why you should never work for this company is because of these facts, this leads managers too demand unrealistic things of you, lie to you make you work harder and blame you when things go wrong is because they need to keep up with all the lies they've created.
