Pluspunten
Kizen gives you the freedom to actually work and not wait for approval. If you’re confident in your skills (which is probably why you’re here) and take initiative, you’ll thrive here. The leadership is sharp, supportive, and genuinely wants to see you grow, but they expect you to drive the car, not ride shotgun. The culture is collaborative, without the fluff. Everyone’s competent, open to ideas, and knows how to communicate. You’ll learn fast, see your ideas implemented quickly, and actually feel your work move the needle. It’s the kind of place where “let’s make it better” actually turns into action, not another meeting.
Minpunten
Cons? More like Reality Check. A Team ONLY Think of Kobe, Sheldon (yes, that Sheldon), or Denzel. Did any of them need hand-holding? Exactly. Kizen’s the same way. You’re expected to think, execute, and adapt from day one. I wouldn’t call that a negative, it’s actually what drew me in. If I had to nitpick, I would’ve liked to see a bit more over-communication around the interview stage expectations, not because they weren’t covered, but a quick reminder or reiteration at each step would’ve been ideal. That said, it’s something I’m already helping to improve internally. Bottom line: if you need step-by-step direction or struggle with direct feedback, you’ll probably feel uncomfortable here. But if you’re self-driven, resourceful, and allergic to mediocrity, this is exactly where you want to be.
