Company invests heavily in R&D and training to stay ahead of the technology curve and to provide valuable solution to its customers. Because of these investments and early moves in the cloud space it has become a very strong brand and is very well regarded in the SAP Cloud for Customer, Hybris and SAP ERP space and a large number of successful reference-able customers. Most of the employees are cross trained in new technologies like SAP Cloud for Customer and Hybris commerce solution and work on these market leading solutions. Being a mid size company it provides a great opportunity for an employee to take on new challenges, work closely with customers and sales team and achieve tremendous growth while also providing options for work life balance through some work from home options.

This is not a typical Application support service company with a 8 AM -5 PM schedule. The employees are constantly challenged and expected to keep abreast of technology and application innovations and deliver projects to highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition the senior employees are expected to lead in various ways eg mentorship, supporting the community via blogs, white papers and supporting in pre-sales effort.
