Pluspunten
When I worked there the IT culture was good, we were all friendly and we worked as a team. It was a low stress job most of the time. I was encouraged to learn, not just do my work.
Minpunten
As a developer looking backwards it we didn't stay up to date with new tools and technologies. There was very little process or code convention improvement and there was absolutely no time given to refactoring old legacy code. The IT Manager could be very emotionally immature at times and this could create discontent and low morale within the development team. Performance reviews did not couple with a salary review. Salaries were not competitive to with the market. There was little to no recognition for work done by anybody except the bread winners.
