Regional Partners do very little to contribute towards the firm. One in particular in the South West of London is possibly the worst manager/ motivator of people I have ever come across. Management by fear with very little knowledge of how to effectively run a division or in fact speak to another human with courtesy & manners. has lived off the hard work and excellent results of other people in the division for far too long.
