Good people leave. So-called "strategic projects" in the company have been a "work in progress" for more than 6 years. Everyone is just going round in circles, no thanks to a bunch of individuals called the Executive Committee, who make us discuss the same issues over and over again. A lot of unproductive meetings. All the glory and recognition and promotions and key appointments goes to the people who talk the best and smoke their way to the top. No clear SOPs in the company. No one follows SOPs. People more senior than you can override SOPs, very selfish.
