      Pluspunten

      Small Business so everyone has an impact, no one is just a cog in the machine. It has a good culture, specifically around work/life balance. Benefits are good for being a small business and the expectation there is no negative culture around actually using your PTO. They care about their employees. They listen to their employees. We have a very cooperative environment; we all help each other to do better rather than being in constant competition.

      Minpunten

      Product roadmap can be sales driven rather than feature driven. Constant feel of being just understaffed for the work demand. Growth opportunity but mostly in your position, small companies inherently don't have a lot of upward growth.

      Pluspunten

      One of the coolest most laid back work environments I've had! There are dogs in the office, which honestly was a huge selling point for me. Also everyone is so nice and easy to talk to, it is not a super serious work environment which I love! The CEO, Charlie, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he is in the office all the time working with everyone and is always available. Bonus: They have amazing snacks and beverages available all the time (ie. La Croix, redbull, vitamin water, bagels, hummus, cheese, nuts, snacks, etc.). I've noticed they try to keep the office fun too, random nerf gun fights, softball team after work, "summer Fridays", bringing in pad thai or Indian food or whatever else occasionally for everyone. I couldn't be happier to work in such a great and positive workplace.

      No actual cons, there is a lot of work to be done but I expect that from any job I work at
