Supervisors in general that are put in the position are incompetent. There are some good ones, but most are out of touch completely from a technical standpoint as well as what their team is all about and the work they do. We offer up solutions and we are told to stop talking for the most part Once the job market picks up for all areas of the country the good people will ge gone and this company will be in severe jeopardy We often wonder if Charles really knows what is going on here....
