Data theft, harassment, expected to dedicate your entire life to Kody, micromanagement, false promises from the very start, nightly toxic environment, no training, unethical behaviour, PLEASE DO NOT WORK OR BE CONNECTED TO THIS COMPANY, you will regret it. Is under investigation by several bodies, use unethical practices, fraud, you at told to “fake it till you make it” it will tarnish reputations. They keep people for 1-2 months and then fire them after trying to get their data and you are let go within 10 minutes, no prior warning, told that your are doing a good job, given false assurances and then let go. PLEASE BOTH CUSTOMERS AND POSSIBLE EMPLOYEES - stay clear

Hello, thanks for taking the time to read and consider feedback about Kody. We have recently seen an increase in critical reviews that appear to coincide with some recent departures from the company. While we do not comment on individual cases, we do want to provide some broader context for prospective candidates or readers seeking a balanced view. At Kody, our goals are ambitious! We are building complex infrastructure in a very competitive space. This demands a high level of ownership, speed and accountability from everyone in the team. This intensity isn't for everyone and we are always trying to be transparent about that through the hiring process. This being said, we are aware that we are not perfect... we are still growing. We are actively working to improve our internal processes, onboarding and communications as we scale and move into new geographies. We also want to clarify that to the best of our knowledge, Kody is not subject to any regulatory investigations. We take compliance and ethics very seriously and we do not tolerate any form of misconduct. Despite the challenges of operating in our industry, we are very proud of what the team has been able to accomplish. In just over two years we have: 1) Raised over $30m in funding 2) Partnered with some of the worlds leading brands 3) Processed $1b in transaction volume across the UK and HK Working here is not easy, but we are lucky to be supported by a team of smart, driven individuals who care about building something meaningful. - There's a possibility that your time here pulls your career in a completely different direction than intended. - Feedback on work from c-level is often vague at best — apparently, the ability to "read between the lines" is a required skill here. I also still wonder whether "NOW" actually counts as a project deadline. - Check work email when you sense any changes within the company, you might find something interesting.

- All previous <2 star reviews are real (3+ star reviews are obviously fake). Avoid at all costs. 1st month may be fine but you will slowly realise 1) ceo/cfo are in a relationship which concentrates decision making 2) conduct activities that can be illegal 3) high level of mismanagement and direction change (CEO will sometimes change directions at a whim, you will wake up or be waken up with interesting slack messages lets just put it that way) - Most former employees will attest to the fact that they worked hard but were let go for arbitrary reasons. Turnover is extremely high. Typically someone let go every 2-3 weeks, - They suggest they are profitable but they are not. No product market fit. - General dissatisfaction amongst current employees, you will naturally feel it in the 2-3 week there
