1.) the company doesn't have the vision and it company is run by one or two people 2.) they don't understand how to run the business 3.) They will fire the BD people in 3 months if you don't perform but if are serving the notice, they will withhold the F&F 3.) Lastly and one of the biggest pain for BD team, if you leave the company, they will withhold the F&F so don't serve any notice if you are in Business Development. 4.) People who are in sales must not join the company as they will eat your salaries and F&F
