Lots of cons. Please think 10 times if you have received an offer even with considerably higher package. Life will be complete hell once you join KITL. Better go for a company that treats you as a human being and doesn't suck your life for whatever salary they are offering. Don't join this company unless you have no other option. Management, MD/Director, so called puppet HR without knowing any HR policies, Tech Leads and all suck a big time. Don't go man. The Service Bond is the first step to ruin your life and career aspirations. A BIG BIG NO to KITL and particularly its Superclass (!!) Management.
