The management just want your blood, no matter what you give it's never enough so you're just expected to do more. They don't care about your work life balance, I saw lots in the department pummelled into the ground and the passion driven out of them. Myself included. Ran and never looked back.

Management can be unprofessional, and communication is often delivered in a confrontational manner rather than being constructive. Instances of bullying behaviour were not always addressed effectively, which contributed to a difficult and stressful working environment.
