Minpunten

It's a family-run business with no real opportunities for outsiders to work respectfully. The environment is highly negative, and the management's behavior is extremely disrespectful. There is no job security—they hire and fire at will. There is no work-life balance, and employees are required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and even on holidays. If you're in QA, it's best to avoid joining.

1. Can't carry forward leaves or cash-out leaves, just gets lapsed. Not cool :(
