Minpunten
My experience at Krones Pakistan (KPAK) was deeply disappointing. Despite being a subsidiary of a reputed German company, the local management operates with no oversight, pushing favoritism, personal biases, and unprofessionalism to an alarming level. The management constantly misrepresents employee feedback and performance to higher subsidiaries (KTH/KAG), using fabricated reports and one-sided narratives to target individuals they personally dislike. Constructive criticism or policy inquiries are seen as rebellion, and those who raise concerns are often sidelined, harassed, or even terminated without justification. Promotion and benefits are tied to personal loyalty rather than technical competence, and there's a glaring absence of transparent evaluation structures. Favoritism runs rampant, while talented engineers are routinely overlooked or undermined. Krones AG’s silence and inaction despite multiple attempts to report this conduct only reinforces the perception that the parent company is either unaware or unwilling to intervene. If you value fairness, growth based on merit, or even basic professional respect—look elsewhere.
