Pluspunten
Flexibility. KFN allows employees to experience life/work balance. I come from a large family with many weddings, graduations, births. The management at KFN is great about allowing me to attend the functions that are most important to me.
Friendly. The entire staff at KFN are friendly and very easy to work with.
Growing. I love working for a company that is growing, especially when so many other companies are downsizing.
Minpunten
Can't think of any cons. Some would say living in Wichita, KS is a disadvantage, but I disagree! Wichita is a great city with amazing music venues, lot's of restaurants, good shopping, tons of festivals and friendly people.
