In regard to the training, we admit it is intense however we are transparent about this from the start of the application process as it's important candidates understand the level of work and commitment required. We regularly review the training syllabus to ensure everything taught is relevant to our client's needs and the wider market. Reducing the amount of tools and technologies covered in training would be a hindrance to consultants, as our clients use a wide variety and the training is designed to reflect that.
