Product leadership flailing in the wind, constantly changing direction. Executives constantly patting themselves on the back while laying off scores of employees who have been there longer than they have. Executive tier turnover. A lot of politics, people staying in positions despite multiple failures. Lots of cutting corners to ship on time resulting in high stress. Issues are never talked about in the open because leadership does not like to admit there's anything wrong... until it's too late. Despite hardware being innovative, company processes are archaic, in some cases stifling innovation. Huge waste of money on external resources due to lack of focus.
