Great people, awesome websites, even better culture. Due to the size of the business you aren't just "another employee". Everyone listens to each other and you have the opportunity to help drive development paths.

There isn't anything that I can think of.

- Smart and passionate Engineers and Designers. - Hours are flexible for the most part. You can usually work from home when you need to. - Biweekly breakfast/lunch events throughout the year. - Biweekly brown-bag lunch meetings. - Good communication.

- Little or no training/documentation. - No automated testing or TDD. - Management regularly fails to meet expectations. - They really do try to keep your hours to 40hrs/week but a mid-level Engineer who wants to keep themselves in good standing with the PMs will still often find themselves making up unbillable hours over the weekend. - Not many opportunities for career advancement for Jr.-Mid-level Engineers.
