Pluspunten
- Remote - Flexible work - Great product and market with a real need - Nice colleagues, on individual level very smart and sociable people - Annual company onsites - Unlimited PTO (but not sure how unlimited this really is) - Some leaders on the commercial side are great, making the right choices and being truly supportive of their team - Some training/course opportunities - Clear company values - Fairly flat organization, but with some hierarchy - Work-life balance is okay, but could be better - Hard work will be rewarded (bonuses etc)
Minpunten
- Leadership style by some is typical private equity owned pressure and this affects the lower levels - The CEO is a micro manager and it affects his direct reports, which in turn affects their direct reports and so on - Company culture is almost just a buzzword. You see it in company events and HR is doing their best with small efforts etc, but in the day-to-day the culture we want to have isn’t very visible. - Training/onboarding of new people is messy, not very structured - Pay and benefits need work - Office politics - Pretty siloed organization - Non-transparent decision-making - No asking of opinions even if it affects your role, job and workload - Too many internal meetings - Diversity varies; for example the commercial teams are mostly white men, but for example engineering team is more diverse and balanced.
