There were no pros for me

My first 2 days were spent watching orientation videos, 1 day was spent moving our department, and countless downtime for installation of programs needed to perform my job, I was let go from my position because I was to slow and not a good fit!? How is anyone a good fit in such a short period of time, and how fast is a person in training expected to be?!
