The current management team lacks direction and experience, which has led to significant challenges within the organisation. Communication within the company is inadequate, with management frequently stating that they value their employees, yet the actions at the executive level often contradict this message. There is a clear need for a change in leadership to restore the company’s culture and ensure that employees feel supported and valued. Unfortunately, the company is currently facing significant internal challenges, and morale is at an all-time low.
