Company is run by a group of good old boys that have known each other forever. The company is hostile to women (especially IT). There is one funder for the entire company, which creates interesting financial dynamics. There is no direction or business plan at all. Everything is done ad hoc with no consideration for growth. Management provides no direction...not even a job description, explanation of what needs done, insight into company direction, reviews, career opportunities...nothing Customers are not the priority. Regularly heard, "they will get what they get and learn to be happy with it".
