Asking questions and trying to use resources (when there are resources available) is as useful as talking to a wall Korean leadership lacks experience, communication, and social skills Gender and race inequality Very little-to-no work/life balance, and if you choose to make balance all your own, you are labeled as incompetent and lazy Lack of respect among management and employees Lack of trust Non-managers that are required to have an LG-branded company cell phone must purchase their own mobile device, and only get reimbursed a portion of their bill and equipment cost. You would never think that stuff like this exists in such a global organization. It does.
