As a recruiter/internal office position there is always something to do so you never get bored. You will gain strong professional phone and email etiquette as answering the phone is one of the main responsibilities. You will use Teams and Outlook a lot. Base salary is usually not great but the majority of earning potential is based on your commission percentage. Commission comes from the office's monthly net profit.

Minpunten

This is a Sales-based organization so you must be willing to do hospitality market research, cold calls and emails, as well as do in-person sales at businesses without having an appointment. This is also an HR role so you will need to be able to field calls from upset employees. Previously there was a lot of room for advancement and it was easy to get promoted up the ladder but the company has down-sized management staff so there doesn't seem to be as much room for advancement beyond the branch level. Do not expect to ever be fully "off" from work as you will be expected to check emails, and texts even on your days off. You will be expected to work "on-call" nights and weekends because they follow the motto that "hospitality never sleeps".
