watched head office manipulate and coerced staff into working extra shifts, longer hours and when staff appropriately denied as a casual employee their job was threatened and shifts taken away. The boss’ were persistently rude to staff & I personally witnessed them underpay staff for doing extra. Staff had to apply for leave when they were casual and did not accrue Leave.
