      Promotions given to people who have been at the company the longest, rather than the more competent. Bonus agreement was changed during the year as we the department was "too successful" They make false promises about customer trips, language courses abroad, moving into different departments. Can take many years before being promoted.

      The trainee program was good. A few weeks of presentation combined with a few departments that are being visited. The salary is competitive. Good company to have on the CV.

      Minpunten

      I think that my experience was subjective and it is very easy to have such an experience at this company, because your work-life balance depends on the higher management that you are under. The promised home office days depend on the higher manager and a lot of other rules depend on them, because he/she has the power to shorten or cut how they want. You either agree with the new rules or you leave. It is a rigid top-down management style as far as I have noticed. If you like a good beginners-salary without any say or opinion in the administration then go for it.
