I have met some people who were really supportive during my time at LMP but other than this there are no other positives.
Minpunten
I am in awe that this training provider is still operating given the state of it. Learners go with the absolute bare minimum support so they can justify claiming funding for it and then put all the pressure on trainers to get them through EPA even though they have months of work to catch up on, all this because no one cares whether processes are being followed let alone about quality and remaining compliant. The leadership team is absolutely useless and they will give you all the good talk about how they are approachable and want to help you perform your role more easily but the moment you question anything, you get shut down and excluded. LMP have treated apprentices as if they are sausages in a sausage factory, the more bums on seats the better but lets not worry about whether we have the tools or capacity to support them. They are focused on running before they have even learned to walk. Beware that they will tempt you with false promises and paint a rosy picture of the state of the company by telling you people have moved on to better positions when in fact they have left because they could not put up with the stress any longer. In my short time at LMP the record for how quickly someone left was set at just 2 weeks, this was the wake up call for me! How this provider gets through inspections is astounding as not only do they not have robust processes in place, they don't have the tools nor the curriculum to deliver to learners so you are tasked with making it up as you go along!
